How can I place the order?

Shipping info:

What is the shipping rate?
Our Shipping rate base mainly on the weight of the item.
In order to check the shipping rate of products to your address, please put the items in your shopping cart, and use the shipping calculator at the bottom of that page to find out!

Which carrier are you use for shipping?
We uses a combination of DHL, UPS, Fedex, or USPS for most shipping within the United States. We've found that they provide the best value and reliability for our customers. Please note that you cannot request which carrier to use for shipment, as it is determined internally depending on the item's weight and dimension.

Do you have international shipping service?
Yes, we have international shipping service. Today components fulfill orders for international customers

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship within 3-5 businessday.

How long is the shipping time?
We use DHL Express Door to Door Service, you will receive the goods within 1 week.

Where is your company located at?
Our office is located in Houston, TX.

Do you have warranty of the products ?
We warrant our products for 6 months under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective products.

Backorders
In the case when an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 2 business days about the wait time and let you decide if you want to wait or a full refund for your order.

Return Policies

How is the return goods process?
If you need to return something, please send an email to info@todaycomponents.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return, you will then receive our email about the return information and address. We accept authorized returns within 14 days from receiving your order as long as the items are unused in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
If the shipment is damaged in transit the customer must call the carrier for an inspection within 24 to 48 hour, we have to receive the confirmation from the carrier in order to issue a return authorization or send out a replacement.

Please note that for product returns, do NOT return it to our mailing address or our warehouse address - please email us for a return authorization BEFORE returning us the item(s) or a refund will not be received.

Do I need to pay the shipping costs for the returned goods ?
Customer are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped, in which we will refund the shipping charges.

Refund Information:

Once we have issued you a refund, the refund will take 3-5 business days to show up in your account. That is due to the processing time from merchant bank and it is something that is out of our control.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment through our website or by paypal. For orders above $500, we also accept checks or wire transfer.

Will I receive the order confirmation after placed order?
Yes, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided us.
The order confirmation will contain the order number and a list of the parts you purchased along with prices and quantities. You will also receive a shipping notice once your order is shipped.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?
You can checkout as a guest if you do not want to create an account.

Technical questions on Crydom solid state relay

I'm looking for a solid state 12vdc (input & output) relay with a high output current rating; up to 100A if possible. Can you provide p/n & specs of your highest 12vdc output current rated SS relay?
The highest DC output current is 40ADC. The part number is CRYDOM: D1D40.
Input:3.5-32VDC Output:0-100VDC, 40ADC

I need relay with:

• 12Vdc coil voltage
• 400 Vdc contact Voltage
• less than 0.500 A contact Current
• 2 poles, normaly Open/Disconnected

Do you have any of your products that muching my requests?
As you need 400VDC load voltage, the most suitable solid state relay is CRYDOM Part No. D4D07 (control voltage 3.5-32VDC , output 400VDC, 7Adc)

I've been using a D2524-B for years. Lately it's been getting harder to find every time I try
Is that part going obsolete or should I be using something else?
I think you are using D2425-B not D2524-B.
D2425-B is a normal close relay, which is an uncommon item (i.e. no stock - longer leadtime).
If possible pls design to use standard relay D2425 (normal open) to replace D2425-B.

I need more information on part: cryd-DO061B. what's the input voltage?
DO061B - Control input voltage: (1.7-9Vdc) output: (3-60VDC), 1Adc.
If the output current is less than 1Adc. DO061B is OK to use.
Solid State relay is normally used in normal open application.

I am looking for a crydom TD1210. Is that the same as the D1210?
Yes,You can use D1210 or D2410 for substitution.
The operating voltage of D2410 is 24-280VAC and TD1210 is 24-140VAC, D1210 is 24-140VAC
The other specification are the same.
