- We warrant our products for 6 Month under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product.
- After ninety (90) days and up to 6 Month of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
- The warranty period is 6 Month from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.
- If the customer refuse the shipment, they must pay for the original shipping charge, import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to factory and a 37% restocking fee may apply. All non defective returns have to be in new and resalable condition.

Shipping & handling charges will be paid for by the customer on all exchanges after the 30 day period, todaycomponents reserves the right to add additional charges to cover other expenses (price increases, etc.) on all exchanges after the 30 day period.Changes or Cancellations to your order cannot be accepted. If you need to return something, please send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return, you will then receive our email about the return information and address. We accept authorized returns within 30 days from receiving your order as long as the items are unused in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
If the shipment is damaged in transit the customer must call the carrier for an inspection within 24 to 48 hour, we have to receive the confirmation from the carrier in order to issue a return authorization or send out a replacement.
Please note that for product returns, do NOT return it to our mailing address or our warehouse address - please email us for a return authorization BEFORE returning us the item(s) or a refund will not be received.

The 24-Hours Policy
Please know that we value both your time and our time.
If the customer need to cancel the paid order, the costumer need to contact us via email:firstname.lastname@example.org in 24 hours (Counting form the payment transaction time)to send the Cancellation email for the notice of a cancellation.
Once customer receive the formal cancellation email from email@example.com.The customer can cancel the order in the end.
If customer still want to cancel the order even exceed the 24 hours but before 72 hours, the customer will need to pay 37% Cancellation fee on the canceled order payment.
Important Note: Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after delivery by Todaycomponents to the carrier.
Once Todaycomponents receive the formal shipment confirmation email from customer, the order can not be canceled.
